Quality management of medical service at patients of a traumatologic structure in the specialized centers

To improve quality of health services it is possible only by objective revealing problems in work, their prevention, definition, introduction and an estimation of regular changes with the purpose of perfection of all processes in the specialized centers of a traumatologic structure and improvement of results of health services. One of methodological approaches to an estimation of quality is the sociological interrogation, allowing to register dynamics of execution of organizational decisions.
