Complex treatment of patients with Sudeck's disease

The material on research of 173 patients with Sudeck's disease with use of periarterial cryosympatodestruction forearm vessels, and also received traditional complex treatment. It is shown, what use periarterial cryosympatodestruction in complex treatment of such patients allows to achieve positive results in 96 % of supervision. At surgical neurolysis peripheral nerves at half of patients in connection with remaining deindemnification a peripheral blood-groove and a vegetative profile efficiency of intervention does not exceed 50 % of cases.
