Application of the method i. Ponseti in the treatment of different types of equinocavovarus deformities of foot in children

The article presents experience in treating children with equinocavovarus deformities of foot of different etiology. Comparison was done with a group of children who were at different stages of treatment of congenital clubfoot according to traditional methods of Vilensky. The paper is proving the clinical efficacy of I. Ponseti method in relation to atypical congenital clubfoot, and the relative independence of the positive outcome of treatment of the patient's age and the high efficiency of this method in the correction of neurogenic foot deformities.
