Self-determination as the basis of the development of student with disabilities

Faced with problems of access to quality education, students with disabilities also have a number of personal problems. Studying on unequal terms with healthy students, they play a passive role in the academic and social life of the university, what caused the insufficient level of skills. To be successful, to get higher education modern young people must be active, purposeful, confident, assertive, persistent. Particularly acute problem of self-actualization is at the students with disabilities. This article investigates the relationship of personal autonomy with the main parameters of the personal potential students with disabilities.
