To the question of determining the optimal time for terminating propranolol treatment for children with infantile hemangiomas of the face and neck

This article raise the questions on the treatment of infantile hemangiomas and especially about the optimal timing for terminating propranolol treatment for infantile hemangiomas. Through 4,5 years 59 children with infantile hemangiomas was treated by propranolol and 48 children are continue the treatment. A conclusion is made about the validity of management when the time of terminating propranolol must be either after complete regression of infantile hemangioma or after lack of dynamics through 4 months in cases with partial regression.
