Congenital cleft of the upper lip and palate is the cause of primary Palatine pharyngeal insufficiency, which is accompanied by multiple anatomical and functional abnormalities, including severe speech disorders. Early recovery operations of the lip and palate in the pre – speech period can eliminate defects of sucking and swallowing in newborns, nutrition, breathing, hearing and speech-in young children. The recorded speech disorders in a child with primary palpable-pharyngeal insufficiency require the development and application of optimal surgical tactics to eliminate them, taking into account the severity of the defect and individual rehabilitation program. The developed algorithm provides postoperative management of conditions of service of speech therapy on the formation and development of the speech of the patient, shortens the period of rehabilitation.
