Practice-oriented training for pedagogics of students of registered nurse

The article analyzes the first experience of conducting educational pedagogical practice among students of higher nursing education in accordance with the methodology proposed by the teachers of the Department of Nursing of the Ural State Medical University. Students who have a secondary medical education and are actively involved in nursing clinical practice train students in the first year of medical specialties in the discipline of caring for patients, thereby acquiring the experience of teaching. In general, the experience is recognized as successful, the identified problems are solved, they indicate the directions in which it is necessary to work in the next academic year. Corrective actions are suggested.
