Improvement of the system of postgraduate training of medium medical personnel

The article discusses the problem of improving the system of postgraduate training of secondary medical personnel on the example of the Municipal Autonomous Institution "Children's City Polyclinic No. 13" in Yekaterinburg. Knowledge in medicine is rapidly becoming obsolete; once-in-five years of continuing education are not enough. As an additional option, updating the knowledge of employees directly at the workplace is considered. The introduction of a system of continuing medical education is faced with problems: the staff does not have computer skills and is not ready to work with NMO portals, and employers are not ready to provide a place and time for training.
