On the personnel management system of the clinical medical institution: hierarchy of concepts "corporate culture and ideology"

The private problem of the problem of personnel management of clinical medical institution (CMU) is considered. The article describes the relationship between the concepts of "corporate culture – corporate ideology of CMU". The formalized space of the problem, the hierarchy of these concepts with an example of cognitive route, as well as the scheme and algorithm of staff behavior are proposed.
