On primary actions and discussions of the person - translator of the text from medicine to physics

The article deals with the problem of the actions and reasoning of a human-translator of texts from medicine to physics. The reference example of a medical situation and a request for a translation is given, the initial formulation of the problem is given. A package of algorithmic models of the functioning of the translator is proposed and the steps of the task for the formalized description of the arguments in the form of production rules are formed.
