Assessment of the structural complexity of the situation of creating a computer information product through dialogues in a medical institution

The structural complexity of the situation "Creation of a Medical Information Computer Product" was assessed based on a dialogue mode for its resolution. It is shown that the technology of creating MICS is complex and requires additional competencies at the level of system engineering. And the objects of creation are either very complex (for example, for medical integrated information systems), or simply complex (for information and analytical materials of a medical institution) and simple only for individual software modules.
