Assessment of the motivation of medical university students to employment in the COVID-19 pandemic

In the article we analyze the sociological survey of senior students of the Ural State Medical University about work in medical organizations during the COVID-19 pandemic. The article also deals the data from the university monitoring of the employment of students. The purpose of the study is to identify what motivates them to work in medical organizations in terms of the pandemic COVID-19.
