ANALYSIS OF THE LEVEL OF AWARENESS OF THE POPULATION ABOUT THE SOCIAL PORTRAIT OF A PATIENT WITH TUBERCULOSIS

Based on the data of a sociological survey, an assessment of the level of awareness of the population of the Sverdlovsk region about the social portrait of a patient with tuberculosis infection was carried out. The results of the study showed that the population has a lack of knowledge about tuberculosis and the modern medical and social portrait of a tuberculosis patient. It is necessary to increase sanitary and educational work among the population.
