RESEARCH OF COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE AND CONFLICT OF PSYCHOLOGY STUDENTS

The article discusses the features of communicative competence and conflict of students of psychological specialties. The study involved students of the first and last years, since students may experience difficulties associated with experiencing a normative professional crisis. According to the results of the study, differences in the indicators of communicative competence and conflictness of students-psychologists studying in the 1st and 4th courses were revealed, as well as the relationship between the indicators of communicative competence and the characteristics of conflictness, while the higher the indicators of communicative competence of students, the lower features of conflict.
