The peculiarities of organization botulinum toxin therapy in children with cerebral palsy in a large industrial region

The article discusses the organization of botulinum toxin therapy to children and adolescents with cerebral palsy in the Sverdlovsk region. Botulinum toxin A therapy is a standard evidence-based treatment for cerebral palsy. The organizational forms of work, especially botulinum toxin therapy, funding issues procedure are described in this article. An integrated multidisciplinary approach is the most effective treatment for cerebral palsy.
