Implementation of the individual educational program in the system of further vocational medical education

The article is concerned with the contemporary tendencies and means to optimize studying in the system of further vocational education (FVE). FVE system can be regarded as a prompt and successful respond to the social demands. Providing access to the postgraduate education, it offers the opportunity of inten-sive studies and training to specialists throughout their professional activity. To study the effectiveness of the individual educational program, there was taken the data, obtained by means of anonymous voluntary polling of 130 advanced vocational qualification faculty trainees of the Medical Academy.
