System analysis in organizing and medical activity improving of clinical departments

System analysis and evaluation of the organizing activity of the clinical department were made. The list of data and the content of reports about different kinds of departments’ activity for system analysis were determined. Different problems of organization were determined. The aims of monitoring were determined.
