Systemic Organizing of the Clinical Information Continuum for Electronic Data-Basis

Methodology for Systematization of Clinical Information at the decision-making moments was required for modeling Quality Patterns and organizing the knowledge- and data-bases structure of program product “EPOS” (Electronic Patient-Oriented System). The structure for description, saving and analysis of information about Clinical Events and Clinical Situations for monitoring was organized as a span of vectors: stage, phase, severity of the disease and so on. Every vector was formed as claster with 5 “quants”. The dimensionality of the clasters was determined on the base of the law of symmetry and the method of analogy.
